What is the company culture at Redis Labs?

Pros

Redis DB needs no introduction to anyone in Tech industry today. The fact that you are part of Redis family is a feeling of pride in itself. Plus, you will be working on Enterprise solution for Redis too. Some reasons you would want to continue/start working at Redis Labs are: - HUGE customer base with some BIG names in it - Great company culture and diversity - It has people from Israel, Russia, France, USA, India, UK and many other countries. - Focus on personal development and learnings - You get quarterly tasks to enhance your personal skills apart from work and your bonus is tied to it. You get random quizzes and questions and are encouraged to take part in those. - Amazing culture - Every Wednesday catered lunch, Every Friday happy hour, Almost daily breakfasts in office, celebrate all festivals from all parts of the world in office. - Helpful and easy-to-approach Management - Good Perks. - They actually take care of its employees. Best in class work-life balance.

Cons

Company is going through some BIG changes and growing rapidly (and has the potential both in its management and product) to be the next Google, Amazon etc., so facing challenges any other growing company would do. But they are doing good to tackle them and not have any adverse effects on their employees.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing!

What is the hiring process like at Redis Labs?

Pros

The hiring process was very efficient, respectful and clear. Everyone was on top of things. They treated me with respect, keeping an honest and blunt conversation. I must add that the technical part of the interview was very challenging (which I love and appreciate), they wanted to see how I handle diff technologies and in diff situations.

Cons

None for now. I hope it'll stay that way.
