How is management perceived at Redis Labs?

Pros

Executive Leadership is top-notch. Most leaders know how to motivate and are extremely transparent. Core product value proposition is rock solid and the development of extended capabilities and use cases will expand market opportunity. Hiring across all orgs. Sales people are getting more effective with better sales enablement. Marketing has made progress in getting rid of ineffective hires from the previous era and is staffing first-rate new talent.

Cons

Hiring leadership with a history of anger management issues and inability to take feedback results in displays of anger management issues and disregarded feedback.

Advice to Management

Spend more time promoting cross-functional collaboration. Stop ignoring known problems. Keep up the positive change! Redis Labs is a great place to be and it is only getting better.

Is Redis Labs a good company to work for?

Pros

- Amazing work culture - Flat hierarchy - especially in Sales - Freedom to express your views & opinions - Exponential growth - Some of the most talented colleagues - Increased popularity of NoSQL is going to fuel massive growth for RedisLabs across the globe - Backed by brilliant VCs with proven track records

Cons

While no company is perfect, here are some places where RL can plugin gaps - QA & Automation team needs to up their game - Not all communication trickles down

- Monthly All Hands call would be a great idea ! - BUs need to prioritise needs of 'Sales Function'
