Pros

Redis DB needs no introduction to anyone in Tech industry today. The fact that you are part of Redis family is a feeling of pride in itself. Plus, you will be working on Enterprise solution for Redis too. Some reasons you would want to continue/start working at Redis Labs are: - HUGE customer base with some BIG names in it - Great company culture and diversity - It has people from Israel, Russia, France, USA, India, UK and many other countries. - Focus on personal development and learnings - You get quarterly tasks to enhance your personal skills apart from work and your bonus is tied to it. You get random quizzes and questions and are encouraged to take part in those. - Amazing culture - Every Wednesday catered lunch, Every Friday happy hour, Almost daily breakfasts in office, celebrate all festivals from all parts of the world in office. - Helpful and easy-to-approach Management - Good Perks. - They actually take care of its employees. Best in class work-life balance.

Cons

Company is going through some BIG changes and growing rapidly (and has the potential both in its management and product) to be the next Google, Amazon etc., so facing challenges any other growing company would do. But they are doing good to tackle them and not have any adverse effects on their employees.

Advice to Management

Keep doing what you're doing!

Good Perks.

Pros

The people who work here, especially in senior leadership, are fantastic. Through the company, they've consistently 'done the right thing' for the individuals and our clients. The product is fantastic and is a huge benefit for our clients. Little perks really add to my enjoyment working here: - Monthly food delivery funds (due to COVID) - Random swag - Incredible transparency during company meetings - WFH allowances (due to COVID)

Cons

Still a growing company... so some growing pains. Reviews and career progression isn't well defined (though, with the speed of growth, it's easy to change roles nonetheless).

Advice to Management

We're on a great track, keep doing what you're doing.

Pros

Company has a great outlook, generally good place to work. Good work/life balance, good benefits, leadership cares and generally nice people. Also whoever wrote that stay away from marketing review is clearly bitter because they were bad at their job. The mass exodus they are referring to... people who are lazy/complacent leaving because they were in a cushy position with previous leadership. Now they're being asked to actually think, do some work and they are being held responsible for actually providing leads to Sales instead of faking numbers.

Cons

There are still some hard parts. It's a start up so things are still being figured out, there are still bumps and there are a lot of new faces, which means there's a lot of onboarding that still needs to happen... and the onboaring process isn't great.

Advice to Management

Give a little more direction to what people should be working towards. It would help the new faces too.

Good work/life balance, good benefits, leadership cares and generally nice people.
