Pros

Incredible coworkers, hybrid work from home policy, really cool work and clients, amazing leadership on the creative team that is constantly working to improve the company for everyone, super fun location. Has a lot of potential.

Cons

Lack of communication and transparency and honesty, lack of leadership on admin side, no room to grow, constant avoidable issues due to poor leadership and communication. Needs a lot to work to reach its potential.

Advice to Management

Fix the leadership issue on the admin team by hiring a director of project or providing better training and resource to current leadership.

Pros

Fantastic people, highly talented, teams, and a clear respect for one another. Leadership repeatedly invests in the development and happiness of their employees. Rare to have office drama. It feels like a big family where everyone can be honest and have their input respected, while challenging each other. Founders are smart and talented leaders, while still being approachable and contributing to daily operations. Organization and processes are fantastic, thanks to the phenomenal admin team. It's a company I consistently recommend to others and feel proud to be a part of.

Cons

Lower starting pay than industry standard. Client base feels disconnected from employee expertise. Portfolio does not yet showcase the full extent of passion, innovation, and cohesion that I know we are capable of.

Advice to Management

Prioritize competitive salaries. Take more risks with innovative clients that take advantage of the team's unique talents and interests. Consider shaking up the business model or gaining access to new resources. What could your team of young, smart, funny, creative threadheads create if they had no limits?
