What are perks and other benefits like at Reebok?

Pros

Nice HQ in Boston Clear goals & mission Some friendly and loyal top management

Cons

Culture is very exclusive and generally not extremely welcoming. Many employees seem to resent the company or on the other side refuse to acknowledge the company's failures as a brand. HQ doesn't provide standard perks such as free coffee or any type of snack. Company runs like a bureaucracy even-though it's small and should be more nimble.

Advice to Management

I think that employees all feel a need to talk about how much work they do because the company is focussed on cost management. It is my opinion that a lot of employees don't work as much as they say, and the general atmosphere in the office is not one of hard work, but of working hard to look busy.
