401K Good health insurance Possibility to earn good wages if commission and bonus

Cons

Employees seem expendable, as they are laid off regularly Wages very low if in a market that is hard to commission and bonus Constant shuffling of upper management causes constant upheaval company-wide Seems to be little value in tenureship

Had to follow mall hours, shifts were long, and had to work late at night, especially around the holidays.

Hire and train Supervisors to work more and encourage their managers more.

Does Regis Corporation offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?

Flex schedule, work/life balance, free employee meals program

Cons

Lower than average salary, no performance reviews or raises except for higher level execs/management, the top execs only care about themselves they'll throw you under the bus or take credit for your hard work, poor middle management, no incentives, no diversity/multiculturally tone deaf, no recognition, no layalty, constant turn around and layoffs and they treat you like you're a criminal when you leave no matter how long you've worked there, no accountability, HR only protects the companies interests and they spy on you nothing is confidential.

Advice to Management

More incentives, give recognition to your employees, trust your employees and have their back, defend them instead of throwing them under the bus to save your own behind or take credit for their hard work
