What are some insights into the strategy or vision at ReputationDefender?

Pros

Ive been here for over 9+ years. This company is an incredible opportunity for the right person. We are well established in the industry but not so big that employee feedback doesn't count. Over the years I have had the opportunity to invent new products, tweak old products, change internal processes, etc. Management does a great job of tapping into employee feedback and implementing positive changes. Interesting products with an even more interesting client base. Good compensation package and flexible work schedules allow you to have a proper work-life balance. The new parent company has been a great addition and more than supportive as we have been able to reinvest in product development and growth.

Cons

Company events in the HQ office are rare and it would be nice to have more opportunities to connect with colleagues outside of the office.

Advice to Management

Keep listening to your employees. It sparks innovation and makes them feel valued! Keep up the good work.

The new parent company has been a great addition and more than supportive as we have been able to reinvest in product development and growth.

How are senior leaders perceived at ReputationDefender?

Pros

I have worked with this company for a little over 4.5 years and have been happy as an employee from day one. There is a great culture and leadership.

Cons

There have been a lot of company-wide changes, but that isn't necessarily a bad thing, especially when it led to growth and better opportunities for the company. Adjusting during these changes were a little complex at times, but it all turned out fine.

There is a great culture and leadership.
