Good coffee machine Salary was competitive

Companies like this are the reason developers hate agile. Pull Requests where no manager ever listens to feedback about their work, but always wants to micromanage yours. A culture of micromanagement and office politics. Very little change to improve anything or use your technical skills to solve business problems. Just Jira ticket after meaningless Jira ticket.

Advice to Management

Stop pretending to be Agile. You clearly are not.

Pros

Great communication, healthy remuneration, team orientated culture, personable management. Ability to work from home during pandemic.

Cons

Reliant on hospo industry during pandemic meant jobs were lost
