Does Reveleer offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?

Pros

$0.75 above min. wage. Fun work. Overtime. Nice people. Much better communication after we went remote. As time went on, Computer programs started working better too.

Cons

Lots of talk about quotas, layoffs, and a computer system that was not working completely right, most of the time. However, maybe that is the only reason they hired us at all. Cons, might be why almost everyone was a new hire. Directions kept changing everyday. They seemed to have, a program that was supposed to be doing a lot of the things we were doing, but failed.... [so the job is being converted to computer automation] and also new a big office in India Some of the team leaders were wonderful. The pain in my eyes, wrists, neck, and back - were the worst I have ever felt in my life.

Advice to Management

I loved it. Complicated, difficult and very interesting. But why use more people, when the numbers were falling behind the curve? After confirming that I was near the top, not the bottom, I kept doing my best for you.

What kind of career opportunities exist at Reveleer?

Pros

They offer work from home opportunities.

Cons

They will decide half way through the project that they aren't satisfied with production and then short your paycheck by 40 or more hours. They will not communicate any of this to you so you will be working not knowing that you're not going to get paid. I suggest that you have a good attorney in your back pocket. You're going to need it.

Advice to Management

Get yourself together. Offer expanded training instead of a 3 hours. Teach your staff that communication is key. Pay what you say you're going to pay and don't commit wage theft.
