Pros

It is not perfect , in fact far from it. But i would be worried of any where claimed to be. There is a great sense of belonging and comradery across the business with people working together to deliver. Reward is a great place to work and such an interesting and growing industry sector. Very much a 'you get out what you put in' and this is can be incredibly rewarding. There is huge growth at the moment and that isn't going to stop anytime soon- so for those with the right attitude and professionalism you can do well here. Hard work, focus and an adaptability will help you succeed here.

Cons

In a nutshell- nothing that you don't experience in any work place. At times there are information silos where things are deemed need to know but in truth more people need to know. Some departments are stretched but no apparent plan/ timelines for remedying this.

Advice to Management

There are some tools and services available in the market place that the company could invest in to help the work force deliver more but this can be seen to fall on deaf ears.

- There is lots of opportunities to get involved with new projects which can help diversify your skills - Everyone is very friendly - Flexible working
