Advice to Management

My process started early 2019, but it finished in october 2019, they needed urgently someone with an US Visa to travel to Buena Park, California. they seemed in a hurry. I left an IT Security Officer position in a regional telecommunications company because of the profile given by the recruiter, had scheduled a flight for vacations, they understood my situation and gave me the chance to go without any issues. First day at work, the guy who put together the team resigned, that was his last week at the company, he got in charge some dude with bad to none management skills (he was very open saying it) I totally understand that he didnt liked manage people, sometimes you cant do it is not your fault. For about a month and a half i had NO TRAINING, from the internal processes, the travel was cancelled the same day that i started the job. my coworker didnt share with me his duties so i was able to help. i endeed being fired during the testing time, without no feedback from my boss (this guy with no management skills) no feedback from the local supervisor, and no feedback from HR. They pretty much didnt care about it. Now, im IT Manager in another company, so clearly i was not the issue. As an advice to Management, you should delegate management tasks to people that have skills to do it, not because tenure or friendship.

Working Environment, Free pizza, coffee, drinks cookies.
