Cleanest warehouse. Ppl are friendly and willing to help you out.

Low pay, alot of 12 hr days. Can't keep ppl. Expect to much from warehouse associates. No room for advancement

Raise the pay scale. Don't expect warehouse associates to drive forklift and pay attention to robotics, and other various machines

Challenging position to help build abilities

Poor upper management at St. Joseph, MO facility. No one is held accountable for screw ups. Issues continue to cause issues. No budget for quality or food safety. No bonus for Quality Manager. Hiring process takes too long. Corporate too involved in hiring. Hourly workers asked to work extreme amounts of overtime.

Put more money into your people. Hire more people to reduce overtime. Reduce EBITA goal so people aren't killing themselves so the company can make millions.

Ring has been an amazing place to work. It is a small office with multiple plant locations. Running lean you are responsible to a multitude of different task everyday.

Since the company is small, there is not a great deal of upward mobility. Every few women in upper level positions.
