Family owned, well known and trusted, secure, stable, and growing - annual reviews and increases, internal opportunities for growth, employee events - 1/3 of the employees here have been here more than 20 years! Good communication through weekly meetings and monthly webinars

Cons

Have to work 10 Saturdays a year - no flex time but manage to be pretty flexible when things arise

Advice to Management

Carve out time to interact with people outside of your area, make it a point to stop into each department weekly to check in and say hi to everyone. Helps keep small family feel alive and better engages the work force. Make sure branches are supported and included.

No car allowance and very little allocation for expenses. Seems like most people have multiple jobs and it causes a lot of stress to the employees.
