      Business Outlook

      Pros

culture, technology, benefits, compensation, surrounded by smart people.

      Cons

founder comes off as quirky. Used to be more approachable, now more stand-offish in public settings around employees. recent return to office is a slap in the face to many after a complete roll out in 2022 to accommodate working from anywhere was done. This about face was based (in Dave's words) on one meeting he had during all hands week with an engineer that changed his mind about work from home. one example of several I have seen where the turning on a dime is more reflective of a lack of maturity you would see in a startup versus a public company of 2000 people. Leadership decisions and messaging needs to align with longer term roadmap so these knee jerk changes that impact many, many people are minimized.
