Does Roehl Transport offer health savings accounts?
Pros
- Feeling of community, at the expense of your potential
Cons
- Little to no PTO - Disregard for mental health - Bonuses are affected by other departments, management refuses to address the topic - Departments are not cross functional, communication is horrible - Little to no mobility between departments - Pay is below average/average - Old school mindset, bunch of boomers - Don't expect to innovate or be heard
Advice to Management
Listen to your employees. Don't lie about the opportunities available. Learn that productivity should be a product of one's environment, rather than threat of falling behind because you're overworked. Let your team learn from other departments, there's no reason CS shouldn't be involved in the sales pipeline.
