What is health insurance like at Rosetta Stone?

Pros

Though I know I could be paid more elsewhere, the flexibility suits my schedule as a student. Work is pretty independent and the clients are business people from around the world. Private health insurance benefits. Remote working but you technically should be working from your home. Pre-selected/planned lessons so you can sign-in and go you get to use the software yourself if you want to learn a language

Cons

Haven't had a raise but they are making it so it's possible if you meet the criteria Content can be quite basic or dated sometimes. If a student cancels or doesn't show you are only paid for the 1st 15 mins of the session. Even if you get positive feedback from students, the quality control checks can be very nit-picky.

Advice to Management

Pay raise for when you've worked there after 2 years or so or increase in-line with inflation.

Private health insurance benefits.

What is paid time off like at Rosetta Stone?

Pros

Very caring management that communicates constantly, great benefits, unlimited PTO and a wonderful company mission. Also a commitment to DE&I. They care a lot about work/life balance. This is the best company and best job I've ever had.

Cons

None that I can think of.

Advice to Management
