What are co-workers like at Royal Seas Cruises?

Pros

Nice coworkers. Can’t think of anything else.

Cons

You work 40 hours, and get paid for 29. They will nickel and dime you to death. Can’t make money!!! They force you to take long lunch, leave early, and have unpaid meetings day so they don’t have to pay you.

Advice to Management

Don’t tell people that it’s $10 per hour vs commission. This is a lie!!!
