Does Ryan, LLC have an on site gym?
Pros
Ryan is the best place I have ever worked. Everyone is so wonderful and it really is a great nurturing community. Ryan is a great environment to have corporate structure and work with really great people. This culture comes from the top down. I typically thrive in larger companies with clear objectives and goals as opposed to smaller companies. There is also the stability in Ryan that smaller companies can never create. Ryan also comes with great benefits and incentives. Also, at my facility, we have onsite gym and paid parking along with an array of other benefits. During this entire COVID pandemic, Ryan has taken every opportunity to assist employees during this time. Every Ryan employee was already equipped to a "work at home" environment and the transfer was effortless. Also, Ryan corporate sent boxes and boxes of safety materials including, masks, hand sanitizers, thermometer, and wipes along with institutionalize extra leave for COVID related issues.
Cons
In some cases there is a bit of red tape to get things approved and to work it's way up to final approval, which is expected with this size of a company.
Advice to Management
None, love working at Ryan.

What is a typical working day like at Ryan, LLC?
Pros
Bottom line is that Ryan takes care of their people. Not only in times of stress, like a global pandemic, but also in good times as well. There is an ongoing shift in the culture that recognizes people are our most valuable asset, and without happy, healthy, productive people, the business cannot reach its full potential. Most importantly, this shift is valued and supported by leaders. Leaders are transparent and honest and available to everyone. I'm excited to see what the future holds as strategic and aggressive growth continues!
Cons
The remote nature of the workforce can make it difficult to connect with people, especially at first. But as remote work becomes mandatory for now, and will increase in the future, the company is taking many proactive steps to foster connectivity in this new day and age.
Advice to Management
Please continue the transparency in Team Talks, update emails, Morning Culture Moments, and all means of communication.
Most importantly, this shift is valued and supported by leaders.

What is it like working with clients or customers at Ryan, LLC?
Pros
Brint Ryan had a vision for state tax services and made it happen in a very big way. The company has hired some of the smartest and most professional people that I have had the privilege of working with. Clients receive excellent service and the performance fee model for tax recoveries ensures they only pay a fee if they receive a benefit. Ryan has plans for future exciting growth so it is a great place to work if you have a driven and entrepreneurial spirit.
Cons
The people in the offices outside of Ryan's Dallas headquarters understandably (and sometime thankfully) get less attention than the people in Dallas.
Advice to Management
Keep up the impeccable client service and hard driving mentality!
