Good pay Flexible work from home shortly after starting

Maybe a little too politically correct

Don't be so afraid of hurting someones feelings. I had to do Teams meetings everyday and found it very annoying that my coworker was always coddled because she had a young child. Thats fine but hearing a child crying on holding them up for everyone to see during meetings to me is unprofessional. They hired me site unseen and I didn't have a lot of experience with excel and I always felt I was put down because of that. Needless to say they kept the younger mother and ended my contract. Oh also she knew someone that worked there.

Good work life balance, great work culture with some very nice perks. Treated very well and great managers.

Wildly complex company, rapid change creates feeling of always having to relearn processes and organization.

Continue to reduce complexity and create transparency within the company and processes to better facilitate performance.
