Pros
Met some really nice people here.
Cons
Owners only care about money. Employees are expendable. Thoughts are ideas are dismissed without consideration. Always looking for the next “big deal” with no consideration for the field leaders that helped build the company for them
Advice to Management
When you hire good people, listen to them and let them do their jobs as they have more experience than you do.

Pros
Seacret is creating high-quality products.
Cons
What Seacret DOESNT't TELL YOU IS.... Seacret is creating high-quality products because they are one of the few companies on the Palestinian side that have access to and can manufacture the minerals. The exploitation of natural resources of the Dead Sea on stolen land is an undeniable fact. Not only is the Dead Sea projected to vanish by the year 2050.... But the It's obvious that the business scheme that is implemented for agents are made so that most agents quit/become in debt. The products are so incredibly overpriced that I feel like I'm losing more $$$ than I'm gaining. It takes years for people to get great at this. You will be knee-deep in debt if you don't network with the right crowd or have many friends and family willing to spend $80 on just a face cream w/o shipping, just to get a very small commission. I know the intention of the company is to network market the products but as lots of people say.... you will eventually run out of people you know! Besides direct selling, Seacret encourages agents to learn how to create passive income for themselves, and this is mainly done when a customer is a repeat customer or places an autoship order. It will take a lot of convincing for a repeat customer (in my personal experience). It is an $$$ investment to start. Registration fees, 2% to be taken out of your commissions here, $13+ shipping charge on your own orders, a bank fee for each direct deposit of money you made from Seacret to YOUR bank, etc etc etc. Each month you need to be active AND qualified.... spend a certain amount of money each month to be active, and two of your customers need to spend $100 each month. I joined Seacret because I wanted to share not only the beauty of the Dead Sea, one of the most magical places in the world. And beauty derived from these Dead Sea Minerals and Mud, but after being a Seacret Agent for a few months, and doing extensive research, I say really rethink your decision if you have already joined. Try and get your money back cause the ratio of profits you made and what the company made, will shock you. I wanted to help make people feel beautiful not only outside but inside but I actually feel guilty and not true to myself or to my family that I lost fleeing their homes in Palestine. I have no family there anymore. My land is not your land.
Advice to Management
Engaging in discourse for future plans to improve the status of the Dead Sea. Shelter & Funding /type of charitable effort for the PALESTINIAN people. Using your personal/ company platform to raise awareness, empathy, and understanding towards the Isr-Pales conflict. Staying silent or towards the conflict , using a resource that was not yours to begin with, writing "made in Israel" on most products, overcharging for products.... etc its exploitation.
