Pros

The biggest benefit that I saw when working at SW Corp was a work/life balance. I didn't matter how busy it was, I never had to work crazy hours. Since my salary was tied to the sales quota, I found a way to meet my quota in a shorter than alloted amount of time. The leftover time I was able to take as time off.

Cons

No cons while I was there

Advice to Management

Provide a better training to new hires, it'll greatly save the amount of time needed to ramp up to the speed

Pros

Positive learning experience, grown opportunities available, room for advancement for the right candidate. Management sets high but achievable standards. Good pay and benefits. Off-peak seasons can be slow.

Cons

Busy season can get fast-paced, which is stressful and tiring. On some occasions refusing overtime is not an option.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees more, implement valuable suggestions and take interest in their growth.

Pros

Great, friendly working environment. I like my team and the rest of my co-workers, and became lifelong friends with some of them. The management cultivates comfortable conditions, motivates us to do better. Somewhat flexible hours, decent pay and benefits.

Cons

I would like to see more flexibility with hours and options for telecommuting.

Advice to Management

Keep up the positive atmosphere. It's always good to come to work and enojy doing it. I would suggest more benefits and higher pay but who doesn't want that.

Pros

Over the last year, I've seen SW CORP's commitment to growth and improvement in all aspects of the business as an employer. Committed to the growth and success of all employees. Outlining succession planning, mentorship programs, hiring and promoting from within. We've implemented a new benefits package and continue our commitment to offering competitive compensation. We understand that if we want to best the best we new to hire the best. Our CEO has a clear vision for SW CORP and he has implanted that passion and love into each and every one of his employees. I'm excited to see what the future holds for us as part of SW CORP's Human Resouces Department.

Cons

Peak season is definitely eventful and can sometimes be overwhelming but management has been doing a great good implementing work and personal life balance by creating a great support and training system.

Advice to Management

Continue to give your employees a voice the turnaround we've seen over the last few months has truly instilled a change in attitude and employee morale.

We've implemented a new benefits package and continue our commitment to offering competitive compensation.
