Pros

You come across good people, and learn how to handle things on your own with no help. Due to lack of management.

Cons

They stretch the good employees they have way too thin, they do not compensate as they should. The CEO always fired someone on a Friday there’s no type of job stability, there’s not training. You’re set up for failure and thrown in the water to sink or swim. This place is a nightmare. Worst call center to ever work at. They promise raises and bonuses that are never given. The place is a mess

Advice to Management

Appreciate the good, rather than stretch the good employees thin & slaving them.

They promise raises and bonuses that are never given.

Pros

Hours are good, so is the pay. The commissions are a big plus. The work environment is fast-paced but easy. Management and team members are a pleasure to work with.

Cons

The roles and responsibilities are not so clear cut. Several teams can work on the project at the same time, which can be confusing as far as responsibilities go, but helps to finish everything before set deadlines.

Advice to Management

More communication between the teams would be helpful.

The commissions are a big plus.

Pros

The company puts a lot of emphasis on engagement between teams and increasing top down communication. Regular performance reviews help with target achievements that are tied to bonuses. Overall, I really like the atmosphere and the collaborative work culture.

Cons

Takes time to get promoted. Need to do extra in order to get it.

Advice to Management

Change is good and should be done more often to keep up with the market trends. Some employees may resist the change but will adapt, once the adjustments are properly addressed.

Regular performance reviews help with target achievements that are tied to bonuses.

Pros

Ideal place for someone like me. I need a lot of flexibility with my schedule, and I can do that here. I work part-time and can arrange different working hours. The work culture is very friendly, I was able to quickly get up to speed. Compensation includes commissions, which adds up.

Cons

My commute can be excessive some days. Otherwise, I'm pretty satisfied with everything about this place.

Compensation includes commissions, which adds up.
