Does Samsung R&D Institute India - Bangalore offer employee discounts?

Pros

Decent salary, medical benefits, employee discount

Cons

I have worked for more than 5 years as software engineer in Samsung R&D Institute - Noida. The work culture that i have seen in SRI-Noida is the worst in the industry that i have seen so far. The core belief of management is not to trust their employees, which transcends to the policies that they make: 1. stay in office premise late to show the management that you have worked hard 2. create critical bugs (and then fix those promptly) to show the management your technical prowess. 3. In case QA team logs a genuine bug, instead of fixing it, coerce/bribe/sweet talk to QA about closing the bug.

Advice to Management

Since i have left, i have kept touch with my peers in SRI-Noida. the policies in SRI-Noida have anything but worsened. Any advice to management is hopeless.

Decent salary, medical benefits, employee discount
