Pros

Good perks, free food, awesome bus facility, extra culturat activities, outings, team lunch

Cons

Maintainace project, issue fixing taska only, no learning. Management is not good, expects employees to extend work almost daily, weekend support and poitics. Nospot award or recognition for outsourced employees.

Advice to Management

Treat everyone equally and give recognition to outsourced employees as you projects mainly runs on them.

Research and invocation, people are encouraged to write papers Great work life balance Good free food

Cons

Counterproductive company policies Very less autonomy and everything needs to be run through HQ at Korea Lack of technical depth in employees especially at higher level Bad competition within teams

Fire 30 percent of the workforce

free food with lots of option (like sandwich, burger, juice etc) good compensation flexible timing

Cons

workload is high and quality of work is below average Lots of favoritism, politics and your hike completely depends on your group head/team head Koreans treat Indian employees as slave, they can call and message anytime and ask for update

Advice to Management

treat employees as resources. since 70% employees get average rating treat them as employee also
