Pros
Research oriented work(based on the team). Lot of opportunities to ideate/ file patents/research papers etc. People culture is quite good. Employee perks like free transport, night cabs, free food, foreign travels , health insurance , medical checkups. Job Security.
Cons
Salary for employees varies a lot at same level. All depends on which college you belong to. Work is monotonous many times, restricted to Log analysis etc. Even though not mandatory, managers really push employees to clear a certain software competency exams.
