Pros
The brand name of Samsung, that's it! If you are lucky, then you might be working under some good projects.
Cons
They differentiate candidates and the compensation offered based on your college name and CGPA. The pay is poor as compared to other companies in this domain. The work culture and mid level management is pathetic. There is a high chance that your team lead himself would have absolutely zero idea on the project you are working on. Overall, apart from the brand name in your resume, there's nothing else that the company would offer.
Advice to Management
No use giving any advice, since it would not be listened to. (Unless you are somebody from the Korean offices). The Bangalore team seems to be entirely controlled by them.
