Pros

Special leave for women Okay pay

Cons

Worst how COVID situation was managed! Not allowed to work from our own home. Had to compulsorily work from Bangalore. They later allowed us to visit home but only for 4 weeks max. And only 30-% of the team members could go home. And for that we had to get never ending approvals. They didn’t even provide laptops. VPN connection was given only for selected no. Of team members and rest had to work on remote desktop which worked extremely slow.! Pathetic how they handled everything. One of the main reasons for leaving. No trust for their employees at all. No work life balance, at all.

Advice to Management

Show trust on your employees.
