Maintainace project, issue fixing taska only, no learning. Management is not good, expects employees to extend work almost daily, weekend support and poitics. Nospot award or recognition for outsourced employees.

Treat everyone equally and give recognition to outsourced employees as you projects mainly runs on them.

Not clear about their long term goals and do not care much about their employees. They hired nearly 400 people as interns at Samsung for 2020, and didn't give a PPO to single person. This was highly disappointing from their side. They say that pandemic is reason for the same. But they kept us on hold for almost two months before letting us know that we won't be getting a PPO.

They need to be a bit more professional.

In the name of PPO interviews, the recruiters just select students from IITs and ignore students from (the so called) next level of institutions, even though the latter performs extremely well. In addition to that, most of the selected students from IITs reject the offer and go for a better company or do higher studies abroad. Not sure whether it is their technique of admitting the new employees in a limited quantity.
