Does San Gabriel Valley Medical Center offer malpractice insurance?
Pros
Line staff are fairly good. Unit meetings, rounds are done on the unit with no regard to HIPAA.
Cons
No private office in medical surge. Psych LCSWs share an office and me natal patients are constantly knocking on the door. Doctors are for the most part not concerned for patient’s welfare and spend little time with them. They seem to only care about the bottom line.. how much insurance will reimburse them. They treat staff poorly. Some RNs are afraid of calling doctors. Treatment plans, intake forms in psych are crazy making 20 +pages! You spend more time doing paperwork and PT’s. are overmedicated.
