Engineering support greatly understaffed-- focused mostly of developing new features, but not fixing what is broken. Technical people promoted into management positions with no management training or experience.

Provide more opportunities to employment movement into new areas to help broaden their career skills.

The company is growing. Lots of opportunities--especially if you are a white male. Insurance is expensive but very good. Unlimited vacation days.

Cons

-98% white male republican. If you are not a white male, they will want to take your picture so they can post it publically to appear to be a diverse company. Which they are not. -The 401K match is only 25%--way below the industry average. -The company culture is non-existent. -Limited growth opportunities--especially if you are a remote employee. -Salary is average. If you are an engineer, you can get paid way more elsewhere. -They expect you to have large team meetings in the middle of a pandemic. And no one wears a mask inside. Even if a team member has a compromised immune system. -Brown nosing is more important than your work quality.

Advice to Management

Stop just talking about diversity and actually do something about it. And that starts with the CEO. Up the 401K matching if you want your employees to stick around.
