How are senior leaders perceived at Scottish Autism?

Pros

Staff team and supported individuals are great to work with. They almost make everything worth it.

Cons

Morale is low (would be currently anyway) but the upper management are determined to push through a ‘transformation’ of the organisation, making changes for changes sake. Frustrating, communication is awful, staff are leaving in droves.

Advice to Management

Improve communication, respect your workers, break down the ‘us and them’ culture.
