None very disappointed. not advisable to work here.

Cons

All cons in working here. salaries and compensation is not given. Management is purely trash. working here is like working in the 1970's. purely manual intervention. Working here is not a great opportunity to start. they are not open for suggestions. scheduling is not good you need to work on weekends. they do not value your lunchbreaks and other breaktime. you cannot have leaves they do not give leave benefits. WFH setup here is so trash all equipments that they provide was old and super slow. you cannot ask for some short breaks. you need to work until early in the morning and start the next day work after lunch the next day. they do not have process when will be the schedules checking of clients.clients here are not approachable . they dont care if they provide incomplete resources or if they provide blurred or not visible data.

Advice to Management

try appointing someone who is more capable in handling clients and employees. try using tools that requires less manual work. use some resources from other dept. assign schedule from sprout and make sure it is equal to the actual schedule. payadditional benefits and allowance. avoid contacting employees if they are not on shift yet or in their rest days.
