Does Select Rehabilitation offer dental insurance?
Pros
Good benefits including PTO, health, dental, eye, 401K, and life insurance. IT support is quick. Monthly educational calls. Free CEUS. Pays for licensure.
Cons
Productivity standards. Some glitches with EMR and PTO. No yearly allowances for uniforms, materials, or CEUs.

Does Select Rehabilitation offer family leave?
Pros
Good compensation, offered me $1/hour MORE than I requested. Decent PTO accrual rate.
Cons
TERRIBLE regional manager. Retaliated against employees who reported her to HR and got away with it. Only time anyone heard from her was when their productivity was slightly low. She called a 9 month pregnant employee "selfish and inconsiderate" (exact quote) when she requested to take maternity leave a few days early because she could hardly walk! Unacceptable behavior for any professional, especially one in management! Pressured employees to work without proper PPE during a pandemic. Accused staff of purposely going into overtime while refusing to allow PRN to reduce the workload. If your facility cancels its contract with Select, YOU LOSE ALL YOUR PTO WITH NO PAYOUT. This is wage theft! NO holidays or holiday pay. We were chronically understaffed and expected to complete ADLs during 25 minute sessions.
Advice to Management
Stop wage theft. Pay out PTO.
