Does Select Specialty Hospitals offer unlimited time off?

Pros

Competitive pay, challenging, making a difference in lives of patients

Cons

Poor management, PTO policy is okay but time off is often not approved, very low team morale- multiple people quitting in department and complaints to leadership yet nothing has been done

Advice to Management

Get some leadership training before promoting individuals to manage others - specifically Crystal Smart
