Toxic people who can be very unprofessional, but because they are good at their job, the bad behaviors are swept under the rug. If you do not conform and rock the boat too much, you are treated like an outsider and considered oppositional.

Advice to Management

Eliminate the toxic people and keep the good ones. So far, you’ve done only the opposite, which will lead to your downfall. Improve the culture before you lose all morale.

Good for just starting out in the field, but not long term. Easy to get a job as they are frequently hiring. Supportive coworkers. Paid time off, good dental benefits

Cons

When I started out, there was no structure or organization. Then things went the opposite direction and we were fully micromanaged. Poor medical benefits, that are deducted out of your paycheck.

Flexible, family oriented, good benefits/ perks- Friendly. Gives back to the community

Cons

Multiple systems to learn. Expensive medical family plan. Systems need upgrades.
