you can see that everyone is trying but low morale, waste of good talent

I (just like other devs who reviewed here and many job portal site) deeply disappoint because I join with high hopes but few months in as dev, I can see why there's a high employee exit rate in this company. ask even the oldest employee in there and you can sense the low morale/low motivation/negative vibes of everyone I work with from designer to team leads to pms. most of the time we're required to do OT it doesnt mean were working from home they are entitled to our off-work hours. there's a huge imbalance on project to developer/designer ratio here so everyone is spread out too thinly and no space to do well because everything is rush and all about deadline. no growth or creativity. its down right money money money. everyone is exhausted. I wish I made my research before accepting the offer. I wasted months in this company. may this serve as a warning. they have been sued previously by both employee (check POEA) and client where the main branch is. Im back in freelancing now like most of the developers who left and I will never look back
