How are career development opportunities at Skyrocket?

Pros

Free food & drinks. A small group of fun people.

Cons

Everything else is a con, no seriously. Management openly plays favorites-they don't care about the employees, zero career opportunities, they do not know what they’re doing. If you have multiple offers from other companies or have a choice on where to work, only join this company if it’s your last resort.

Advice to Management

Work on collaboration, trusting the employees you hired, and seeking out a different point of view. One loud opinion isn't always the one you should follow.

they don't care about the employees, zero career opportunities, they do not know what they’re doing.

What is the feeling of job security at Skyrocket?

Pros

Flexible Working Hours and Snacks Provided

Cons

So so many cons, CEO is a classic narcissist and a bully, this has to be the most unprofessionally ran company I have ever worked with. The 5 star reviews are all fake as he couldn't stand that the company was below 3 stars on Glass Door so he had people write fake 5 star reviews. Over the past two years they have hired people from good jobs only to either fire them or lay them off months later leaving the without a job. They just laid off 1/2 their work force and honestly it appears their future is questionable.

Advice to Management

Listen to your employees, they have some good ideas and perhaps just try to become a decent person and quit treating people so badly.

Over the past two years they have hired people from good jobs only to either fire them or lay them off months later leaving the without a job.
