What are co-workers like at Skyrocket?
Pros
If you want to work for a company that puts your bonus in your bank account and then takes it out 5-days later, this place is for you! This company is rife with problems and that’s the reason they hire and fire as seen in past reviews. There is a lack of CEO focus, a lot of indecisiveness and zero trust in the team around him. The other owner who is not mentioned in reviews is terrible too, and if you work for him, good luck. Several years of consistent turnover under that guy and shuffling of accounts. Crazy reckless unnecessary decisions were made during covid that practically bankrupted the company and resulted in laying off 3/4 of staff 2 weeks before Christmas. The owners bought a mask company on a whim, smack dab in the middle of covid, with zero experience selling this type of product during a time they should have been fiscally conservative to try and preserve as much staff and dollars. If you care anything about your health, do not work at this company. They do not care about mask wearing or health and safety of employees. They pushed us to come back into the office without proper safety measures setup. If you are reading this review and have decided to go elsewhere, you’ve dodged a bullet. If you are reading this and are unemployed, staying unemployed longer and choosing to go somewhere else is the best bet. The only pro was how smart and great co-workers were, but they let everyone go.

Advice to Management
It’s probably best at this point to absolve the company. If you haven’t been able to make it consistently work and grow over 10 years, it’s probably not meant to be.
