flexible working hours, half-day Fridays in slower season
too many cons unfortunately.. I’ve spent a few years at the company and during this time I’ve seen so many people hired and fired quickly after. The company lacks strategy, vision and the CEO is making everything worse. During covid they laid off more than half of the company, but it was not because of the current state of economy in the country, but because of extremely poor business decisions and crazy impulsiveness of the CEO. He doesn’t trust anyone but himself and will never listen to any opinion or idea that is not his own. He doesn’t even trust the other owner, nor any of other founders that have been there with him since the beginning.
It’s a very unprofessional, unequal and toxic environment. If you have any other choice, DO NOT come work here. Their future is very questionable anyway.
Also, most of the 5 star reviews are fake (everyone at the company knows) and the free snacks that are mentioned here so often, they are not that amazing..
Advice to Management
trust the people you hire, be at least a little bit consistent with your decisions, drop the ego, end the crazy favoritism.. and many many more...
