1. Flexible timings(depends on factors) 2. Okay for learning experience (freshers) 3. Only one month notice period 4. Few people (not from management) are really helpful 5. Decent infrastructure

Cons

1. Negative work culture 2. Bad pay master 3. Apathetic higher management 4. Zero work life balance 5. Zero job satisfaction 6. No action towards employee grievances. False promises 7. Even during the covid-19 pandemic, employees were asked to be present at office(by few from management) without total disregard to their well being 8. Few folks continued working from home while being affected by covid without the managers even knowing/caring to know 9. Zero recognition for tough achievements 10. Zero scope for growth. Folks are assigned tasks and jobs regardless of their skill sets. Promised automation job profile but regularly made to work on manual stuff 11. No action taken towards betterment even after pointing out in multiple internal surveys
