What are meetings like at Sling Media?
Pros
Amazing transparency. Everyone is easily reachable and are ready to help you in any way they can. They take business seriously and more importantly they take the people who they work with even more seriously. Not just business but they take fun seriously as well. Lots of fun events and the whole office feels like a big single team. You will be made to feel like you are part of one big family no matter what your role is. Our managers will keep on looking out for you and make sure your skills are put to better use and how you can improve your skills better.
Cons
Sometimes the work hours can be a bit odd but that will be managed in other days. If you are person who doesn't mind stretching your work hours a bit this is nothing to be bothered about.
Advice to Management
Bring in more people and concentrate and making the organization more visible in India.
Lots of fun events and the whole office feels like a big single team.
