Pros

-The people, the friendships you make here will last forever -The connections and growth I have experienced within the company are incredible -A lot of places talk about the values but at SoftwareONE, it is lived -The leadership team here deeply cares for the people and you can feel it

Does SoftwareONE offer an employee assistance or workplace counselling program?

Pros

- Great plans for the future and rapid improvements happening everyday - Flat hierarchies - People are very friendly and supportive - International and cross-functional work - Good benefits and support from the People & Culture team - On-premise canteen available

Cons

For the office in Leipzig: - Office facilities could be made better since they feel a bit old-school e.g. kitchen, desks for work (are not height adjustable), chairs. - For a company of this magnitude and especially working in IT industry, sometimes there is a lack of modern methodologies being properly used in day to day life. Some processes need to be revised and modernized to match the standards of large international corporations.

Does SoftwareONE offer unlimited time off?

Pros

Remote work, good work-life balance, no micromanagement and great culture. Decent salary.

Cons

Poor salary increases, no retention strategies (Stocks and time off due to tenure). Competition if offering better salaries due to the surge in Cloud.

Advice to Management

You need to retain your employees. Offering low salary increases and no benefits for tenure is causing your attrition. If you want to act like a tech company, pay and give benefits like a tech company.

Poor salary increases, no retention strategies (Stocks and time off due to tenure).

What is the retirement plan like at SoftwareONE?

Pros

SoftwareONE provides a unique value proposition to clients and its' employees. Few companies that truly understand and support global needs for innovation, transformation, and end-to-end software portfolio/asset management. Working for SWO puts you at the forefront of these in demand spaces of the massive IT market. The people and culture of the company are both strong. The flexibility and care provided to employees is fantastic. The company is high-growth oriented (take a look at the history of SWO), which means opportunities for employees who grow along with it. 401K match is good, other benefits are competitive.

Cons

Innovation and growth does not come without challenges. While this is more of a fact than con, know that SWO is not static and evolves.

401K match is good, other benefits are competitive.
