Pros

As far as benefits and bonuses the company itself is wonderful.

Cons

It really depends what department you are in. I was in a department where I was bullied, micro managed to the point I felt I was a child again and retaliated against and I made multiple complaints to H.R. & they wouldn't help at all. I was sad to leave because the company was great they just have some bad apples (management).

Pros

Okay pay with bonus and benefits. Good amount of time off and paid holiday After national movements company seemed to make efforts to be more inclusive

Cons

Experience depends on your manager. My area received a new supervisor that bullied associates and spoke harshly to them. Unfortunately due to her tenure she was never reprimanded and anyone who reported her seemed to be retaliated against by having their tasks changed to less desirable ones or being fired (including long term associates). The department lost many associates that quit, transferred or were fired under her.

Advice to Management

Management is not always truthful review Supervisors and hold them accountable when associates make a complaints. Truth can be found in the actions being taken.
