What is paid time off like at Staffing Technologies?

Pros

They will find you a job but you have to be over qualified

Cons

No communication with contractors unless you don't show up to work. If you email them asking questions they will say nothing back unless you don't show up to work If you tell them you are sick they will not respond unless you don't show up to work The PTO policy was designed to not pay you. They should just get rid of it Working for them made be feel like i was a slave. When i had questions or problems no one would ever respond. When i found out they were getting $41 an hour just for me working at my assignment i was super salty. They used my resume, skill set, and certifications to get a higher pay from the company where i worked but paid me not even half of that pay. Staffing companies are rip offs

Advice to Management

Fire them all and rework the PTO policy

The PTO policy was designed to not pay you.

Highly professional and does not interfere with day to day activities
