No nights or weekends, paid holidays and sick and vacation time.

Cons

Consistent pay and benefits package.

Cons

No backup from the top. The employee is always at fault.

Advice to Management

The assumption that your employee is the one at fault in every situation and complaint, breeds a workplace filled with resentment and dissatisfaction. This in turn causes the incredible turnover rates.
