How are career development opportunities at Stillman Law Office?

Pros

- Management is receptive to new ideas and innovations - Always looking for talented individuals - Flexible with scheduling and personal issues as they arise - Have taken COVID precautions very seriously - Huge career growth opportunity for those who are willing to invest their time and energy - Does not discriminate against non-offensive tattoos/piercings/hairstyle/coloring. Most accepting and diverse firm I've ever worked for - you can be who you are without worry!

Cons

- Management can often be spread thin due to covering for open positions (insert you here!) - For reason above primarily, training does not always come automatically - if you are needing more, individuals must be vocal and willing to reach out - Stringent and demanding work environment due to the numerous regulations the firm must adhere to

Advice to Management

Invest time into people and they will invest back. Keep being open minded to new ideas and growth strategies.
