I have been employee here for over 2 years. I love the culture we have created with all of our offices. We have a great team that reaches to 10 regions. I have ample opportunity to learn, grow and thrive in my position.

Master franchisee will not reach out to customers or return calls. Customers are still unaware that I left the company 2 months later. Company allow using cleaning as a front to run drug operations in city’s in my location. I reported it and was pushed aside. Stratus takes advantage of Franchisees that do not speak English or do not have the ability to understand what they are getting into. They advertise about their great training but it’s a joke and very said how poorly it was put together. They tell customers we have blood born training when we do not. Conflict of interest are out the roof hiring a franchise to be an operations manager to inspect and do sale for other franchises

Has an air of pyramid scheme-esq style system. Conning franchise owners (mostly Hispanic) to buy into a franchise and claim its theirs. Claim their products are green but there is no proof of them actually being green. Won't even show the ingredients used No proper training of franchise owners so they would do horrible work at client locations Expected to do PR, sales, translation, clean and do Social Media for lunch money.

Advice to Management

I don't think all Status' are this bad. It seemed even Stratus as a whole considered the owner of this master franchise an idiot. Take constructive criticism and don't let just anyone run a master franchise.
