What is the company culture at Sullivan & Company?

Pros

Paid parking or a small metro compensation

Cons

I was with this company for about a year and a half and this place is a toxic environment full of people who hate where they are and its obvious. The owner is an egotistical, micro managing, deprecating, manipulative maniac. Everything you do will be picked apart, down to the comma and where you place it in your email. There are about two people in the company who are actually pleasant to work with but I would advise that everyone stay very far away from this workplace.

Advice to Management

Appreciate your employees.
