How is diversity at Summit Hotel Properties?

A sincerely great group of people who are all very talented and excellent at what they do. Going to work was a pleasure for me each and every single day.

Cons

Diversity seemed limited. Selected groups of people seemed to be promoted, invested in, and valued more than others.

Advice to Management

I know you are trying and I realize that this is a very "traditional" type of company and industry. Time for some sweeping, big moves towards evolving change towards more diversity though. I feel like you care about the employees and it's something that the company wants, the ideas just aren't being executed swiftly or effectively enough.
