How do employees feel about the requirements to work at Sutter Health?

Pros

the only pros I can provide are Co-workers, location.

Cons

Management at the shared Lab in Livermore is clueless incompetent and definitely not qualified to run the show since the only qualification you have to have to be a manager is who do you know not what do you know. They're losing good workers to more reputable healthcare competitors. Gen lab is struggling to find and attract talent. Microbiology is a major disaster because of the manager who is an absolute disgrace to the point where supervisors are stepping down and/or leaving because they cannot deal with the unprofessionalism and abuse from the manager. Processing department manager hold the highest degree is (GED), yes GED will get you a management position at the hared lab if you know the right folks at Sutter. I can say with confidence that working for this location is a great way to associate your career.

Advice to Management

Immediate resignation would be great.
